What is the price per visit?
Price of a visit can be as low as $0 with insurance. Prices vary based on insurance coverage. Without insurance, Everyday Care is $65/visit, Specialist visit is $80/visit, Mental Health visit is $250/initial visit and $90/follow up, and Wellness visit is $60/visit. These are video visit prices. Audio visits are discounted $10.

How does language support work ?
Our providers can talk to you in your native or preferred language. If the provider does not speak your language, we will provide an interpreter at no extra cost.

How long is a visit?
Length of visits are usually 15 minutes. However, it may vary case by case.

My language is not written here?
If you don’t see your language, we may not have a provider who speaks your native language. In such a case, we will provide you an interpreter at no extra cost.

What insurances are accepted?
We cover all the insurances mentioned in our insurance list at Patient’s page. If you do not see your insurance, please give us a call and we will confirm if we can accept your insurance or not. If not, you can still talk to a doctor and pay through your debit/credit card or PayPal.

How much does it cost to join?
Sign up is completely free. Our accounts team will provide you details for per visit cost and payment.

What is the policy on language?
You have to be proficient and fluent in medical terms of your native language to provide services in your native language.

How would I get paid?
Your earnings will be transferred bi-monthly to you via your preferred mode of payment.

What documents are needed to apply ?
We will need your NPI number (if applicable), DEA number, board certification, license information and medical school diplomas. Give us a call or write to us for more information.

My Account

How do I make an account?
Making an account is easy. We will need your name, phone number and email address. After submitting the information, we will send a text and email. After confirmation, you are ready for your first visit.

How do I cancel my appointment?
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid a no-show fee. You can do so by logging into to your account or by calling customer service.

How do I change my pharmacy?
You can update your pharmacy anytime by logging in to your EZ Health account. Click the pharmacy tab and edit your pharmacy information.

How can I get refills ?
Our providers will prescribe you refills as needed and as they deem appropriate. Please read our prescription information on the Patient’s tab.

Which prescriptions are not allowed?
- DEA controlled medication
- Stimulants
- Medical Marijuana
- Injectable medications
- Other medications unable to be prescribed by EZ Health providers

How do I pay for my visit?
Please enter you insurance information before scheduling your visit to check eligibility. We accept all major debit/credit cards and PayPal.
